Hello, I'm going to start building my first pc tomorrow and I'm confused to where to actually clip on the anti static wrist strap. I know that I'm supposed to attach it to a bare metal part of the case, but I believe that the one I ordered is fully painted; so is the PSU. Would attaching it to the fan area of the PSU while it's in the case with the power turned off work?
