Yea, once you get enough money to get the 8GBx2 ram, it will be totally worth it.

@RektSkrubs The information you provide here is rarely good. 2x8GB RAM for what? For games it won't improve his performance. Maybe he does not even need the extra 8GB at all. It is far from necessary.

@Unknown673 Why did you choose the Pentium G3258 processor? Will you be upgrading soon to a better processor? It is not good enough right now.

Well G3258 beats of i3 but I'll definitely change to i5 but I'm pretty sure that the g3528 can still run witcher 3 or even batman arkham knight

The i3-4150 is quite a good processor and it has 2 more threads than the G3258. For games that require 4 threads, the i3-4150 will be the better performer. However if you can upgrade soon you're good to go.

Before you commit, are you buying the Z97 and G258 because you want to overclock? You might be able to squeeze more performance by purchasing a H97 and an i3.

In his defense, his 2 days of forum history far exceeds the many years of reading other people have here.

@Unknown673 CPUBoss results aren't gaming-performance accurate and shouldn't be compared on that website. Why does the G3258 score higher there? Because it costs half the price and can be overclocked. That's it.

However the performance of the Intel i3 is better for gaming, take this from me and not CPUBoss. It would be most ideal if you could spend the money on an Intel i3/i5 combined with a cheaper B85/H97 motherboard.

The G3258 only has 2 cores and 2 threads. In some games you're going to have problems.

If you could get a cheaper case and increase your budget to $650 you could get an i5 4460

I would focus on this. Note that the PSU you had listed (VS 650) also didn't have a price tag.
