First time building (http://pcpartpicker.com/p/L8XcrH) and I have all the parts assembled but the GPU which is coming in a few days. When I turn the power on the CPU fan and the case fan work fine, but it displays nothing to my monitor. I have it plugged in to the mobo which has on-board graphics and my i3 has integrated. Im pretty sure my mobo is shorting out either. If my CPU is the problem, how do I fix it/ check if its working.
