Solution
As you are probably aware, switching to an intel platform is quite expensive.

What I would recommend to you is a locked i5 for the best value for performance. These can run any GPU at this point in time and will last quite a few years until you need to upgrade.

Here is what I would suggest:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($176.98 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: ASRock H97 PRO4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($81.89 @ OutletPC)
Total: $258.87
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

The first thing that I would upgrade is probably the CPU, the 4300 is a relatively weak CPU and that appears to be the biggest bottleneck in your system and without a decent overclock. The 7870 is still a good 1080p gaming GPU so unless you want to play things on ultra it should be a pretty decent card.

Ah okay what cpu do you reccomend? because if I get a intel core cpu then I will have to buy a new mobo. And overclocking on my mother board is quite terrible :p
