How good of a set up do you guys think this will be, mainly will this run the Witcher 3 and Fallout 4?

Okay, so this is going to be my build once I upgrade.

-ASUS GeForce GTX 970 Overclocked 4GB GDDR5
-Intel I5 4690k cpu (or do you guys think I should throw it another 80 for the I7 4790k? cause on microcenter.com they are a lot cheaper.
-500 watt power supply (Do i need to upgrade that?)
-MSI gaming 5 mother board

Please guys get back to me, also is that a good gpu to get? I am about to sell both of my GTX 660's i have for 280 bucks so i would only need like 70 bucks from microcenter.com

This is a gaming setup, the majority of your money should go towards the GPU, get a 980 or 980 ti (if you wait a while after AMD releases their new GPU, the 980 price will drop, and it would be a steal)

i5 4690k vs i7 4790k would make an Avg of 1-2 fps difference.
but 970 vs 980 vs 980ti now that might make a 10-20% difference in fps

Also the 980 Ti has a 6gb vram that fallout 4 might need...

but again if your tight on money, wait for the 980 to drop...

Your RIG can play witcher 3 at ultra 30+ maybe 60 in certain areas. You should definitely get i7 4790K if u can. And I would suggest MSI GTX 970 Twin FROZR. And a 650W Power Supply I don't know about Fallout 4 as we don't know the system Requirements but u should be able to play it Ultra 30+ other than that u should be fine
