I think the enthoo pro is a nice case. It will support external drives like the dvd writer while the noctis will not (no external bays) and is $40 cheaper. Supports up to 3 140mm fans up top where the noctis only supports two. For 2/3 the price of the noctis 450 I think it's a really nice versatile case for air or water cooling. The only thing with the enthoo pro, it doesn't support radiators mounted at the top with fans in both push and pull together. The thickness of 2 fans plus the radiator may cause interference with the vrm sinks on the motherboard. If you need that sort of clearance, the enthoo luxe has more room up top.

Another plus with the enthoo (at least in my opinion), almost all the fan mounts are slotted rather than...

All these parts are very good and will serve you well. You may want to think about getting windows 10 instead, but that is your choice. Also, another case that would be good is the NZXT Noctis 450, but once again, that is your choice. If you are going to be doing a lot of gaming where the CPU will be at max load, you may want to think about getting a liquid cooler. (I suggest the corsair h100i)

Another plus with the enthoo (at least in my opinion), almost all the fan mounts are slotted rather than fixed holes. Meaning if you have a fan on top, at the front or rear and it's not quite where you'd like it positioned, you can loosen the screws and slide it some.

My only suggestion would be to get an aftermarket cooler. Even if not overclocking, the stock coolers just aren't that great. That can be added easy enough later though. Even something like the cryorig h7 or hyper 212 evo would provide decent quiet cooling and allow for mild overclocking for under $40. Nice build list.
