Intel I7 4790k Intergrated Graphics Issue

Hey guys, I've had my computer for alittle while now. I have this issue when setting the Integrated Graphics to 1024MB. I save my settings reboot into Windows 8.1 and get this

Specs:
i7 4790k
MSI Gaming 7 Board
1000W PS
H100i Water Cooler
No graphics card

When you use integrated graphics more of it depends on the amount and speed of your ram. 8gb of ram and you're essentially allocating 1gb of that to graphics, so it's really 7gb running windows and whatever other background programs you have up.

If it were me I'd start with that, make sure you don't have 20 programs running in the background at startup, a lot of computers come with a lot of crapware that eat up system resources. If it's not that then I'm not sure what it is without toying with the rig myself.

But I'd be willing to bet you have something loading/running that's just a huge resource hog.
