I've just got a new headset, the HyperX Cloud 2, which connects via USB. It has a single plug which goes into a controller which plugs into the computer via USB (http://media.kingston.com/support/downloads/HX_Cloud2_Headset_Manual.pdf). When I plug it in via USB, it doesn't appear in sound devices. I only get 'realteck digital output' and 'razer surround audio controller. Now I've completely uninstalled Razer Surround and restarted but the audio controller is still there and I can't activate the headset. When I had it installed Razer Synapse did not detect the headset either. The only thing I can do is directly connect the headset into the audio jack which allows me to select 'Realteck high definition audio' which works, but I don't expect the microphone will work, and possibly not 7.1 surround sound, and I don't get the physical controller. I NEED to get rid of this Razer Surround device but I can't work out how? Is there any way to do this?

Well I've made some progress in that I found the headset in device manager in 'other devices' listed as HyperX 7.1 Audio, but it had an exclamation mark and it says there is no driver for it. On the HyperX website it says that no driver is required. Is there some kind of workaround for this??
