So I have this problem with my new build PC. Whenever I play League of Legends I get above 250 fps, but sometimes it just falls down to 25 for a second or so.
I have a GTX 970 Asus Strix, i5-4690k, MSI Z97 5 Gaming and 8 GB of ram.
I can play GTA 5, WoW, BF4 and all that jazz just fine.
I've reinstalled the whole game, reinstalled windows and there's no firewall or so blocking anything.
