Theoretically, Yes but it is only 1GB total. Are you getting two of these?

A. No, I am only getting one 1GB, only because I want to get off this old socket 478 pentium 4 pc fast.

B. Windows 7 (64-bit because the core 2 duo is 64-bit)

the requirement for Windows7 64-bit is 2GB of memory
