Are these computer specs good enough for playing league of legends and streaming?

Hi, I want to build a computer for playing League of Legends at max visual specs at around 60fps as well as being able to stream from twitch and play Spotify at the same time. This is what I have selected from Newegg right now. Please let me know if you think it is enough and/or I should change anything. The total is $999.90 because I want to try and stay under $1000

That is a good streaming machine. You should have no problems.
