Looking for any and all (if not too many) dual cpu socket consumer motherboards (non-server motherboards). socket needs to be LGA 2011 or LGA 2011-v3 and needs to support DDR4 RAM

Solution
what you don't understand is that ALL duel CPU motherboards require Intel Xeon processor so your processor that you are going to use is not going to work

well I planned on using this - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132268 - for a gaming build, but it would also be nice to have it for heavy processing. So i'm considering using this with dual intel i7-5960X's, which would be great for gaming and would also give me 16 cores of raw computing power and 32 threads. the only problem I'm having with this board though is that is only supports RAM speeds up to 2133MHz, or at least that's what it says...but im not sure if overclocking would increase this maximum or not, but im guessing not. and since the RAM speeds are so low, I was considering getting a consumer board, which would have higher RAM speeds, with dual 2011-v3 sockets to solve my issue. so is there any way to get a dual 2011-v3 cpu socket, with higher RAM speeds, and quad SLI support?

if you want a Best gaming and processing rig i will tell you everything to get.
Motherboard - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157535 - supports 4 way SLI ALL AT x16 mode. best board out there
GPU- Get 4 of these http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487099
CPU- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117403 or you can get the 8 core
Memory- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231799
CPU cooler- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181035
RAM cooler- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181087 - you can also get a ram that is DDR4 3200

and you will need a Case that is FULL tower case. and if you want 2 way SLI you will need at least 850W power supply and if you are going for 4 way SLI you will need at least 1200W powersupply. Now this is my build i am going with because i need to upgrade my gear.

you will also need a SSD
