Just tossed a second 290x and a new psu in my rig, both cards are showing in device manager, swapped both cards for the top slot in the case and they both function normally with the hdmi, gaming on both cards one at a time works normally. I have the latest amd drivers and suite, but crossfire isn't showing up. Any ideas?

Uninstall drivers. Re-install drivers. Don't use the ones from the CD.
