OS: Prefer Windows 10, but will go for Win 8 as 10 is not yet available/supported
GPU: Re-using an existing SAPPHIRE 100361-4L Radeon R9 290X
PWR: Re-using an existing CORSAIR AX series AX860 860W
Wondering if the Noctua D15 is too large and will prevent memory placement and/or using PCIe x 16 #1 slot.
