Hi so this is my first build i have progressively built up from old parts to new top of the line parts. I will be moving soon so i must part with it. It plays any game really well high fps ALL AT MAX SETTINGS. I currently have a 4.57 ghz very light over clock that can get higher with the type of water cooling it has. I used this pc for mostly gaming and school but it has served its purpose for me. i am extremely sad for i had watched it grow from a 270 to a 290x and a 970 chipset. i realized this was for the best and just needed an estimate from everyone. I built this pc my self so it was treated with great care. it has low temps and is extremely silent. It functions 100%. on the bottom i have additional parts and components as well which arnt really necessary for the evaluation.

Solution
If I had not bought/built my new E3-1231V3+GTX970 already last year, I would have preferred buying your rig instead for around €600 for only the PC or €900 for the complete system.
That will be USD600 and USD900 using the usual shop 1 to 1 USD to € converter.
