Yes i just got a 500gb hard drive but it has windows 7 on it..my main hard drive is a 1tb but i want the 500gb for more storage..how do i put it in my computer without it booting up that 500gb hard drive? I want my main 1tb to boot up not the 500gb!

You need to access your BIOS and select the 1TB HDD as the main boot device.
