i5 4690 slow score on 3dmark

I just bought a intel core i5 4690 three weeks ago, run nicely. Suddenly yesterday, it began to stuttered. So i opened 3dmark to test physics, it gave 20FPS. The score is 6289. CPU temp is around 43 degree (using MSI Afterburner).

This is my case:
ASUS G1 Gaming B6
Intel Core i5-4690 3.5GHz (3.9GHz Turbo Boost ) Haswell LGA 1150
Corsair Vengeance 8GB ( 1x8GB ) DDR3 bus 1600
Asus Nvidia GTX 970 Strix Edition 4GB ( 256 Bit ) DDR5

Thank for your reply. After i searched through forum, I tried to change balanced to high performance and clean registry by CCleaner. I also didn't install any new software last week. But it still has problem.
