So i have a old pc that my parents both in the electronic store about 4-6 years ago, and i already both 2 sticks of 4GB ram from hyperX and a msi gt 620 GPU but now I want to upgrade my GPU again. This time to an amd R7 260X GPU, but i don't know if my computer can handle it...

Here is my current setup:
Motherboard: m2n68-la (http://support.hp.com/ie-en/document/c01925534)
PCU: HP-D3006A0 300W(http://www.bitzotech.com/hp-hp-d3006a0-300-watt-atx-power-supply-6747-119-p.asp)
CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 635 2.9 GHz
1 Hard Disk of some kind (About 630GB)
RAM: 8GB (4GBx2) DDR3

Now my question is:
Can the pc handle a AMD R7 260X, or do i have to swap something out?

Thank you to anyone how is willing to do some research :)

Solution
I think your PC can't handle the r7 260x.
1) The 300W psu can't power the r7 260x. You need a good brand 450W or up PSU.
2) The MB has the nForce430 chipset, also the pc is OEM hp you may not find the BIOS update, then nobody will know the r7 260x will work with the nForce430 chipset until you put it in.

But if you want to try, you at least buy other good brand 450W or up PSU, if the PC does not recognize the r7 260x with new PSU, you can always move those to the new PC. If they work and you are lucky.
