Looks reasonable as it is, but I'd change the CX PSU to the EVGA one sadams04 suggested - the CX doesn't have a great reputation, but the SuperFlower Leadex-based EVGA one does. If you've got enough room in your budget, an SSD might be nice - they make a system feel so responsive. I'd stay with the Noctua CPU cooler, because it's so quiet (the CoolerMaster's specs suggest it'll get loud at full load) [Disclaimer: I have the U12S].
 


THat PSU is also crap. Look into the EVGA SuperNOVA 750 B2.
