When i turned on my computer it was going extremely slow. I tried restarting it signed in then it froze then went to a screen with the asus logo and "Prepairing Automatic Repair" after that it goes to a black screen until i turn it off. I don't think its a hardrive problem because i can still see the hard drive in my bios. I have a Asus G750JM. Can anyone help? Also My grandma bought it for me as a gift at bestbuy with a warranty and theres something about this "lemon policy". If i can't fix this problem I will have to bring it to them soo they can fix it (hopefully). But this would be the 4th time i would bring it to them to get it fixed so do they replace it? And with what? I dont think they sell the G750JMs anymore so what would they give me as a replacement? Thanks in advance.

Hi there shepherds,

The fact that the HDD is recognized by BIOS, doesn't mean that it is not faulty.
You can easily check that out if you test the drive with some HDD testing tool for DOS.

I can't really comment on the RMA policy of a different company, but I guess as there is something wrong with your new computer, you should have no problems to at least contact them.

Cheers,
