best cpu out of these choices

http://www.portatech.com/products/product.cshtml?id=85130&o=85136 which mobo/cpu combo should i get that is compatible and best for games like sc2 bf4 skyrim with mods jc2 mutiplayer. i play alot of custom games on sc2 that are very cpu intensive like 4v4 or 7v7 and would like to stay above 30-60 fps at all times on sc2 and above 60 on bf4 and skyrim i have a gtx 760 600 watt psu 8gb of ram windows 7 unparked cores and my current cpu is fx 4130 @ 3.8 GHz stock

All pretty much the same as their chart handily demonstrates.

If you aren't overclocking the highest performance will come from the second most expensive. In real world terms you will not see a visible difference between any of them.

They aren't actually listing the actual motherboard they will put in the build. Overclocking may not be possible. All you would gain is the base and boost clock increases in that situation.

Building the system yourself is still more economical and you generally end up with better parts (excluding processors of course)
 
If you want to overclock the i5 4690k would be a good choice, of course you will need to pick a different motherboard to overclock it, and from the prices on that site (assuming you are only going to buy from there) that will cost you another $99.95) If you are not going to overclock really any of those i5's non k's would be good.
