Hi,

I want you to tell me what you think about this build and the upgrades im thinking to do later on.

This is what im thinking to buy now
MB: ASROCK Z87 EXTREME4
CPU: I5-4460
RAM: 2X4G DDR3 1600 A-DATA
VIDEO: POWER AXR9 280X 3GBD5-T2DHE/OC
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX750G

And later to get CM HYPER 212 EVO for some decent overclock and second 280x for ultra settings in modern games

Just to go

Personally, i would just wait and get the most powerful rig you can, instead of getting a cheap one and upgrading it. This will prove the better option for the future, but not for the present

You can overclock with this one, and this system has a 970 in it.
 
Solution
If you're on a tight budget, I'd recommend a locked i5 like the 4590 or 4460 and an h97 motherboard unless you need sli down the road. If you go with the 4690k you'll need a decent aftermarket cooler since the stock cooler isn't enough and I definitely wouldn't recommend the lower quality corsair psu's for any build much less an overclocking build.
