I7 4770, will i see a difference?

I have a amd fx 6100 six core 3.30 ghz as cpu right now. My gpu is a amd 7870 and i want to know if i will notice a substantial difference in games like The Witcher 3 (i run it in low right now) Dying Light and Asssassins Creed 4 with a new i7 4770

The i7 4770 will give way more performance. The i7 4770 does way better in overall, single threaded, and multi threaded performance. It also handles memory intensive applications better than the FX 6300. The downside to the i7 4770 is that it cannot be overclocked, but you can overclock an i7 4770K.
