PC is really slow after the upgrade.

Hi guys,2 days ago I upgraded my PC with AMD FX 8320,GTX 750ti OC and 8GB RAM.I have the Asus M5A88-M motherboard and before buying the new Processor I updated it's BIOS but ever since the upgrade my PC is really slow.I updated all the drivers and even looked for any viruses or malware but there are none.Even the components were put together by a professional,so I just don't know what's going on,hopefully you guys can help me,any help will be really appreciated.

Thanks a lot man,as it turns out,disk fragmentation was the problem.My C drive was 45% fragmented but now my PC runs smoothly but one thing I don't understand is,why did this effect my PC now when I changed the Processor,it used to run nicely without any problem with my old Processor.
