I'm upgrading to a brand new computer from iBuyPower, just like I did 5 years ago.
I wanna play every intense game on max settings! What are the best looking games out there? I've come up with a list but if it's missing anything please lemme know

Far Cry 4
Metro: Last Light
Battlefield 4
Crysis 3
Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor
The Witcher 3
Call of Duty Advanced Warfare
Tomb Raider
Sleeping Dogs
Watch Dogs

The Witcher 3 has to be your most demanding one. I don't think Sleeping Dogs and Minecraft are intensive, unless you're modding Minecraft...
Assassins' Creed Unity is pretty damn intensive and looks amazing too. But it was (or probably a bit now too) buggy and had tons of glitches and performance issues. I do believe they were patched up later on though.

The upcoming, Batman: Arkham Knight is probably going to be a demanding game, by the looks of it.

yeah I am sure that upcoming titles like B:AK are going to give my new rig a good workout.

Sleeping Dogs has an option for ultra high resolution textures, which I couldn't use with my 750 Ti

also, I do use heavy mods in Minecraft. I had around 20-40 FPS on my 750 Ti while using 2x SSAA and GLSL shaders

Also, I heard that Assassin's Creed Unity was the buggiest, most unoptimized port that ever released, and was basically unplayable on any rig except a 2,000 dollar one.

I think that is a little too exaggerated. I have the game, and it's running pretty well (enough for me at least). I get around 25-40 FPS in the city and around 20-35 during cutscenes. I have a 750 Ti too. But I play at 1366x768. The graphics are all maxed out though. And I use FXAA.

I don't really believe you, unless some miracle patch was released in the last 2 months that is impossible.

The youtube videos of AC:U playing on a GTX 960 at max settings are all running at 10-25 FPS

Really? I thought Unity being a console port would be easy on hardware. I played it on my Xbox One..........gave up after a few hours of play. Black Flag was way more fun but Unity does look better...........and Black Flag looked great to begin with.

Like I said. I play at a low resolution. Maybe that's why.
No seriously, the game runs good for me. Unity had a number of 4 or 6 gigs of patches incoming nearly every month since it's release. They fixed most of the issues with them.

You can check them out here.

They released around 5 patches since the game's release.

if you have a gtx 960 4gb then those games are not a problem (only use no msaa).
I am able to play gta 5 with ALL settings maxed out (except msaa) on 1080p and I get 40-60 fps.
