Wich timing is better?

Solution
No 800 at 9-9-9-24 is much better than the 11-11-11-38 timings, lower timings indicate it performs more actions think of it as the DRAM does a job every 9 seconds vs the same amount of work in 11 seconds
The first (automatic) speeds/timing are better. The memory is running at their rated speed (1600 MHz, ~ 800 MHz as per CPU-Z Memory tab).

Reset BIOS to automatic settings and check (using CPU-Z Memory tab) that the memory is running at 800 MHz (or so) which equals 1600 MHz Dual Data Rate frequency.

Thank you very much, it worked right away.

Hi, thank you for your answer. The automatic speed Is better because the memory runs at the 800mhz or for something related to the timing? I mean, in my case with my memory, is the same 800mhz at 11-11-11-38 than 800mhz at 9-9-9-24?
