Is a 850w PSU enough for 980 ti SLI?

Am I cutting it too close with a 850w PSU? It's a SeaSonic 860W 80+ Platinum.

Other details:
i7 5820k
At least 12 120mm fans
480 monsta rad
360 EK coolstream rad
2 Samsung EVO SSDs, and 2 normal HDDs.

I'm doing a custom loop, so I plan to overclock both GPUs and my CPU.

That would be a fine power supply for 980 Ti SLI. It will power both GPU's and rest of your system and Seasonic quality is awesome. If you wanted, you could go with 1000 watts for a little headroom for overclocking both the CPU and the 2 GPU's, although with a 6 core Intel CPU and 2 980 ti's I see no reason to overclock.

I own the silverstone SST-ST1000-P Strider with 1000 watts and 85% efficiency. It is a rather old one. I am about to buy two gtx 980 ti soon. Just wanna let you know the power needs of my current system which is heavily overclocked:

I have a 5930k @ 4,51 Ghz and two GTX 970 SLI @ 1544 mHz. my system is capable of pulling 1000 watts out of the wall which translate to REAL 850 watts with the 85% efficiency. Only when I am running a gpu and cpu stress test at the same time though, but I want my system to be stable in any situation, NO MATTER WHAT...

so I would definitely recommend to use the 1000 watt PSU with a peak power of 1100 watts if you wanna overclock the system. Just in case :) Hope that was any help :)

If you are not planning on overclocking forget what I said :D but still... there is no big price difference between 850 and 1000 watts and you are on the safe side with 1000.... and overlocking is awesome: free extra performance :p
