Will AMD Athlon X4 860K work with Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-D3H?

I was going to go with the 760K but found the 860K was cheaper and had better performance. But on pcpartpicker it says "Some AMD A88X chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Kaveri CPUs."
This is my first build so sorry if this is a dumb question. Thanks!

Alright so everything should work fine without an update?
It seems easy but I'd rather not do it if I don't have to

I was getting over 60 fps in Battlefield 4 1080p using an EVGA GTX 960 With mostly ultra settings and a few high settings. Seemed to play every game i threw at it with no issues.
