Im building a new pc, heres my part list

My budget is 2k CAD, I already have some parts (h100i, gskill sniper 16gb 1866, corsair rm 750w gold, 120gb ss, 2tb hdd)
Im currently a bit tight on cash, so I want a cheaper motherboard but with around same specs and around the price range from 90-120. Also im looking to overclock
Also, I want an i5 with same performance as the i7 4790k since i dont need the extra threads. I was wondering if i overclock the i5 to 4ghz will it have a drastically reduced life span?
