Sound Card has 3 audio output channels, only 1 works

I have sound blaster 5.1 vx sound card and I think it has 3 audio out (but 2 most definitely). But only one of them work How can I configure the other two to work, I've tried so many other forums before but to no avail, I hope this community is greater than the others I've encountered...

Hi, looking at the rear IO of the card it is 5.1 surround sound channels. This means you cannot split audio via plugging different devices into each plug. You should do as follows:

Headphones green plug

Microphone pink plug.

5.1 Surround:

Front, Green plug. Rear, Black plug, Woofer: Orange plug.

To split between 2 devices try: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Belkin-3-5mm-Headphone-Splitter-White/dp/B0000UV2AW

Plug that into the GREEN plug if you're using standard headphones. If you're using 5.1 surround headphones with these connections then order the ammount needed... Did this help?
