How to know my GPU dedicated memory ?

I have AMD Radeon HD 8750M but when I right click desktop >>> Graphic Properties >>>> Information >>>> Hardware it says that "Memory" is 1024MB I thought I had 2GB, even when I open GTA IV it says that I can use up to 2000 MB for graphic setting usage. so how can I check?

... If you read carefully I did say that I went to "Graphic properties >>>> Information >>>> Hardware" to check but I am not sure if it tells the truth as it's said that my gpu supposed to have 2GB, is there is any other way to check?
