Got a 970a-ds3p mother board with an amd fx-4350 looking to upgrade

I have a budget of between £80-100 looking for the best processor that my mother board can get for the price!
Have just upgraded my ram and so am looking for the next step.

I have the same mobo, get FX8370, its the best CPU for the board.You will need to update the BIOS though if its not done already.

Do you have that CPU on yours? Several owners experience throttling at full load with a 125W FX CPU. I'd suggest the 8320E or the 8370E.

yes, I've managed to get it to 4.4Ghz stable, I have plenty of fans though lol
