I'm in the market for a new CPU cooler and I'm looking at this one: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B005O65JXI/
And for $30 higher I could get a water cooler: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B009VV56TY/
So which one should I buy for over clocking my 8320e? Can someone give me the pros and cons of water and air, thanks!
P.S. and please don't tell me to get a better more expensive cooler than those^ unless its quieter/better for a fair price

I've Oc'd my fx8350 up to 4.5ghz and temps are fine.
