Air vs. Water Cooling advice

I'm in the market for a new CPU cooler and I'm looking at this one: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B005O65JXI/
And for $30 higher I could get a water cooler: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B009VV56TY/
So which one should I buy for over clocking my 8320e? Can someone give me the pros and cons of water and air, thanks!
P.S. and please don't tell me to get a better more expensive cooler than those^ unless its quieter/better for a fair price

Yes. The 212 evo is a great cooler for the price but the scythe performs better and is a little quieter for only a little more money. It performs very similar to the noctua u12s which is another great cooler.

Here is a review about it

if you can find one of these I recommend:

http://eu.coolermaster.com/uk/cooling/cpu-liquid-cooler/seidon-120v2/

got mine for about £40 on ebuyer, they dont stock them now :( I've Oc'd my fx8350 up to 4.5ghz and temps are fine.

I prefer water coolers, less noise for a start, and with my rig I've got the radiator at the other side of the case, so all the heat from the CPU is taken away from the socket area. Bear in mind that a heatsink cooler doesnt channel the heat away as efficiently so you will need good ventilation in your case do maximise the efficiency (same goes for water cooler but its not quite so critical)
