2.Core i5-4690K 3.5Ghz 4th Gen Haswell Refresh

3.Corsair Hydro Series™ H105(CW-9060016-WW)

4.KINGSTON HYPERX FURY DDR3 1866 MEMORY 8GB(1x8GB), yes i know it should've been 4x2, but unfortunately 8x1 is only available in shop

5.Corsair TX650M Power Supply

6.Radeon hd 7970 3gb for my gpu

Can I have a Good Overclocking to these components? and especially for my Power Supply?

The components are fine but buy the ram modules in matching pairs for Dual channel mode.

Power supply should be good, did I miss it or is there no Graphics card: I would use PCPartPicker to ask these questions as it helps people are the components easier... Also split up your RAM to a 2×4GB KIT for dual channel http://acer.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1664/~/what-is-dual-channel-memory%3F

I'm not good for overclocking so wait for a better answer on that

You haven't mentioned anything about Graphics card. Also instead of single 8 GB, make it 4GB x2 for dual channel operation to get maximum performance out of your system.

PSU is more than enough.

The ram is fine with one 8 gb , not much of a difference in speed.
