Laptop For CS:GO

I want to buy a Laptop as a cheap mobile alternative to my main rig. The only game I really care about running is CS:GO. I am perfectly willing to turn settings down to lowest in order to get 60fps, but I do really want to be able to get at least 60. I have a budget of $250. Would either of these work for my needs? If so, which one, or do you have a better one in mind? Thank you.

Neither of those will be able to perform at 60 fps, not even at the lowest settings. In this price range an AMD APU based laptop with an A8 or A10 APU will enable you to play at 60 fps with mid/high quality settings.

pls you dont by that because of that processor IIntel Celeron processor so you cannot instal any large software game at lease you have to by this computer for your matter see this web site

Would super super suggest going with a used laptop at that budget. You can save about 40% and get a better laptop.
