Cat walked across keyboard, now arrows, spacebar, backspace won't work, and I can't turn off overtype mode in Excel...

So there are many cat walked on keyboard threads... and I am trying all of them, but the solutions are not working so far. I heard her do it, because she also set off the feature where Windows describes the keys, for the visually impaired.
Space is acting like the end key, every time I hit it in Outlook and Excel the cursor goes to the end of the line.
I can't turn off overtype mode, even now, and even when I hit ins, or fn-ins.
Arrow keys don't work, up and down don't work at all, left and right go down diagonally instead.
Backspace will only go back one space, it doesn't continue to go back when I hold it down.
I tried scroll lock, which I don't have on this keyboard, but I found on the on-screen keyboard, and that had no effect.
I restarted the computer a couple times.
I tried to follow instructions to restore default keyboard settings by changing the language and then changing it back, but the problems persist.
Any ideas?
