I recently checked the gigabyte websites and they have new revision version 2.0 and 2.1?
When I check the CPU support list it says that the bios version is F1 and FA while my version is F7?

Do i need to update my bios and cpu even when they are working just fine?

CPU: Intel Pentium G3220
Mobo:http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5109#ov

Site for the updates and bios: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4791#dl

General advice from motherboard makers is. If your Computer works fine do not upgrade your BIOS. There is always a risk when upgrading that something goes wrong. If so, you will need to buy a new Motherboard.

BSOD can have all sorts of reasons even fluctuations on the power outlet. Also could be driver/software related, not always hardware. I would keep it this way untill you really run into more problems and then considder BIOS upgrade.
Even then, look at the newer BIOS if it fixes the problem you have on the website from the brand of you Motherboard.
In general they have a readme file that says what problems it fixes.

Yes, but you posted you had that version; therefore you had to check it in CPU-Z or in the BIOS.
