Differences between windows 8.1 versions?

I have found that windows 8.1 comes with a few editions, such as the RT 8.1, normal 8.1, 8.1 pro and 8.1 enterprise. What are the differences between them? Are there any exclusive features in some of the editions?
And also what does OEM version stand for? I have no idea what is it
