I dont see a CPU heat sink on that list. you will also need some thermal paste.

If he is using the stock intel CPU heatsink he doesn't need thermal paste, they come with it preapplied.
And as it is not a K line Processor the stock fan is fine, no need for after market when you won't be OCing.

So do any of you guys suggest any parts? I kinda want my part prices to be cheaper, if possible.

You can get a H97 Board instead of the Z97 as you don't have a K processor and the PSU isn't designed to Crossfire/SLI there should be no real loss getting one instead, ie. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-h97anniversary
