Radeon 200 series or wait for 300

I want to buy a radeon r9 290 should I buy this now or should I wait to get one of the new 300 series, opinions welcome now but will leave this unsolved until after they are released

Wait until the 300 series is released then buy a 200 series. (After prices drop)
OR
Wait for the Fiji GPU based cards with the new HBM memory you'll see fairly amazing performance.
Fiji XT and Fiji Pro (aka Fury X and Fury) are the only new chips in this next card line-up, the rest are re-branded chips from previous generation(s) that do not have HBM.
The new "Fury" GPU's are expected June 29th. If you are not going to get one of the new "Fury" GPU's with the new HBM technology then I'd still wait for the 300 series to buy a 200 at a lower price.
I did that when the HD5000 series was released. I bought an HD4870 for a very low price on eBay.
