After adding Good CPU can be OC up to 4.5Ghz - 4.7Ghz
Rams need some tweaking to increase up to 2133Mhz :)

Can run Witcher 3 1080p medium detail 30-35Fps :)

Cheaper can by APU but you will have significant lower FPS in games compare to my earlier bulid;
