Full history. Most games seem to crash because of this error. I've run through all the solutions I could find online. All of my drivers are up to date on all devices. I've tried every version of my video driver, using Display Driver Remover in between each one. I've had the memory tested more than once, I sent the video card back to the manufacturer where they replaced the GPU. After running driver updates on my NIC, it seemed to fix the problem, only to find that on other games I would get the error. I wiped the hard drive and reinstalled windows 7 as well, then I've run all the updates. I only install the video driver and physix driver when installing Nvidia updates. I've disabled the onboard video in the bios. I even tried the solutions that seemed silly, like removing Aero theme. I've changed TDRdelay to 10 in the registry and tried disabling TDR altogether.

Recently my GF was playing Saints Row The Third and had crashes each time she completed a certain activity in the game. She did not have this issue after I told her to run it in Dx9 mode. Games where I get this error include Assassin's Creed: Unity, Far Cry 3 & 4, Skyrim, Shadow of Mordor, Saints Row The Third (in Dx11 mode), Fallout: NV.

I had the power supply tested, and I've run Furmark for over an hour with no issues. GPU temp maxes out around 62 degrees with games and around 74 with Furmark. I've tried under-clocking with Afterburner and it didn't help.
