Changed PSU Voltage switch, No Boot

Like an idiot I put my PSU voltage switch into 220v from 115v. 115v is the correct voltage for my country. After I did that, my PC would no longer boot. I'm pretty sure it didn't boot at all after that.

I switched it back to 115v but still no boot. No BIOS beeps, no video, no fans, nothing at all really! :(

I'd like to know what I fucked up exactly; I don't have any spare parts handy and I'd rather not go through the trouble of inconveniencing friends for their spare parts. Is there any way to tell if it's just the PSU, etc., or if I fried the CPU or motherboard or something else important?

Thank you for your help.

I would venture than your only problem should be the PSU. Normally, returning the switch to 115V would bring it back to working with no ill effects. I'll suggest leaving the PSU unplugged from the wall for a few hours and then trying again (it could work). Otherwise, I would venture that replacing the PSU should get you back up and running.
