Hey guys.

I just replaced my PSU with the Corsair CX750M. (This is my first time ever building a computer).
Ok so the problem is that when attempting to turn on the PC although the computer starts up, i.e. all the fans come on, mobo light comes on, fans come on and even the graphics card fan comes on there is no display on the monitor.

Also not only do the lights and stuff come on but the windows startup music plays and if I type in my password the login sound plays.

Any ideas? I should point out that since this is my first time I may well have overlooked something particularly stupid or obvious.

My current setup is:
Motherboard: m5-a78L-m USB 3
CPU: amd fx 8120 not overclocked
Gpu: Radeon 7850
Memory: 8GB ram
Case: cooler master storm enforcer
Cooling: fan and asetek LCLC liquid cooler

Also since I am here I also should say I found it really impossible to get the 24 pin into the motherboard completely. I understand that this is not ideal., but I got it in mostly so I thought it was ok given that everything powers?

Thanks,

So you think there is a loose connection or something?
