I've just build an HTPC from some parts I had lying around and a couple of new parts, but when I try turn it on, I just get a "No input" message on the screen.

When I press the power button, the case's lights turn on and the fans start spinning, but that's about it.

I've tried it on 2 monitors and I've taken out all but the necessary components (leaving me with the CPU, motherboard, 1 stick of RAM, PSU), but nothing has changed. The only parts I bought new are the Motherboard and power supply. I've tested the RAM in my laptop and it seems to be working fine and the CPU was working perfectly in a different motherboard a few months ago, so I'm a bit stumped.
