Hi guys I'm looking for motherboard suggestions with the 1155 socket, I use my pc for gaming, no editing or rendering.
Specs:
GPU:GTX 960
CPU:core i5 3330 3ghz
ram: 4gb (Will be getting 8gb, but i need to upgrade my mobo first)
PSU:600W
MOBO: Do not know exactly, but its an asus micro atx
I was looking at this, what do you guys think ? http://www.scanmalta.com/scanshop/computing/components-...

BTW my budget is about a max of 150 euros

Speeds dont matter, ram is ram, low profile just means the stick its self is not as tall, you will buy 1333mhz ram.

I want to get more ram as at the moment i have 2x2gb of ram, i want to upgrade to 8gb by getting a set of 2x4 ram sticks, but my mobo is not compatible with 8gb ram and also I practically have no space to fit the ram because of the plastic around the vengence series.

I will be getting this ram kit
Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600Mhz Dual Channel DDR3 Memory Kit (Blu)
My motherboard can not accept 1600mhz type of ram

When it says that it usually applies only to when the board was released... later bios updates usually allow higher speed ram.

EDIT: but get the full model number so that can be checked.

What specific mobo do you have.

That would be ideal, but the problem is, i have a gtx 960 ssc which already takes a huge amount of space on the tiny board and also i have Enermax ETS-N30 cpu cooler which again takes up a lot of space where the ram is inserted. Do you still think i should just stick with my current crowded mobo? Again it would be ideal for me to just upgrade my ram, but i dont want everything to be so crammed together

Im now a bit confused, I'm not entirely sure if my mobo can handle 1600mhz ram, https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P8H61M_LX_R20/specifications/ here it says it can, what kind of low profile ram would you recommend? And what will the difference be between a low profile one to the vengence? Will speeds vary?

Ok so price does not matter to me, i can get either this http://www.scanmalta.com/scanshop/computing/components-storage/memory/pc-memory/8gb-2x4gb-corsair-ddr3-pc1600-cas-11-11-11-30-memory.html
or
http://www.scanmalta.com/scanshop/computing/components-storage/memory/pc-memory/8gb-2x4gb-corsair-ddr3-xms3-pc-1333-memory-lifetime-warra.html

You are saying i should just get the 1333mhz not the 1600mhz correct?
