Both the i5-2400 (your current) & the i5-3570K (unlocked Ivy Bridge that I think you meant instead of "3750K") are LGA 1155. The problem is that it's an older socket -- superceded by LGA 1150, which itself is going to be replaced by LGA 1151 with Skylake -- so you may not want to replace your current board.
If you really, really want to replace your board while sticking with an LGA 1155 CPU, you probably want one with a Z75 or Z77 chipset; both allow for CPU/RAM overclocking & 2-way SLI.
