how to OC sapphire r7 250 2gb ddr3 oc boost

how much can i OC using sapphire trixx program?
im currently at 1100mhz core clock and 1000mhz(x2) memory clock at idle temps around 28-32C

I really don't know, as i said it depends also on the airflow of your case, ambient temperature, whether you keep your case open or not etc.
That card has already been overclocked (it says OC version right?). If i were you i wouldn't even try to overclock it unless i know what i'm doing.
Just a recommendation for the future, get GDDR5 instead of GDDR3. It may have more vram but GDDR5 memory is faster.

but what is the max core clock/memory clock in your opinion?

my specs are:
asus crossblade ranger
a10 7850k dual graphics with the gpu
2x4 2400 trident X(docp enabled)
500watts psu 80+ true rated bronze
nzxt x31 cooler
crucial 250gb ssd
