Will Windows 10 update fix white pages in IE or should I reinstall Win 8 first?

Hey, guys
I am getting the white pages and content simply not loading. Some time pages have a background color, but nothing else. When I restart computer, first 6 hours everything works as expected. Then, as I have more and more pages open, the Internet Explorer would fail (I would get a message, “Internet Explorer recovered a page”) and then the issues would start. It usually starts with the Facebook. It would load content very slowly, the top or the bottom of the page would stay white, I would not be able to see the stream of posts- like right now- the Facebook page is completely white. Then it spreads to other pages like this: http://www.kvraudio.com/ I can hit Refresh million times and it comes with empty background, but if I open a new window and paste the URL, it may or may not open. It likes to go bad if I use Real Estate web site that contains many houses pictures…
I thought it was related to Java, so I uninstalled Java completely but it did not change. I am thinking it related to the Flash player. In Windows 8, Flash Player is built in, so there is no way to reinstall it.

Can it be the video card issue? I have AMD Radeon 7870 HD graphics card.
Here is my question: Do I need to reinstall Windows 8.0, upgrade them to Windows 8.1, and then to Windows 10? Or should I just upgrade to Windows 10 when it available and see if it fixes the issue? I am afraid that they will just add extra Windows 10 files to the existing Windows 8 base and if issue with IE not resolved, it will continue to do the same thing with Windows 10. I am not afraid to reinstall, also it would require to change all the drivers, and I am not sure if the drivers will change for Windows 10 or not…
This is 2014 build with Haswell 4770K, 16 Gb Corsair memory and SSD. Thank you.

A few things to note: Win10 will have a whole new browser as default, named "Edge." IE11 will still be around, just as a fallback. As to the installation, Win10 should replace 8.1 completely (not a modification of system files so much as a wholesale replacement). Win10 will use new drivers - video drivers to support DX12 in particular. Audio drivers are apparently going to be needed too since right now a lot of 8.1 sound drivers don't work in the current preview versions.

However, since there are still a few weeks to go before it's even out, you might look into doing a Windows refresh or reset now

How is the Reset/ Refresh work? (I can probably find it on the internet, but in simple words?) My C drive (SSD) has 89 Gb available from 240 Gb, and I have nothing but few school folders on it. I dont know where all the space went- I have may be 2 games that were installed on D drive, not even on C. The idea was to keep C just for programs- it must be Windows updates that occupy everything... So it is very tempting to wipe everything out and start anew. I have nothing to lose other than drivers. I guess Asus will post the drivers on their Motherboard section, like they did in the past, when Win 10 released? When I updated Win 8 to Win 8.1 (first day of release), I had severe issue with all USB ports failing- there was no way to access computer at all- I had to wipe everything out and reinstall, so it is not new with this build. If you say, Windows 10 will REPLACE Win 8, will it use any part of Win 8, or will it format the drive and install? Would be great if I could format the drive, install Win 10 and just use Win 8 serial number to activate Win 10. Any chance for it? Thank you.

As I understand it, when you accept the upgrade offer the installation files will download to your PC in the background and be updated with the final software on the day 10 is released (July 29). Then the PC will restart and install the new OS. System files will be replaced, but user files and compatible programs will be kept in place. The upgrade assistant will notify you if any programs need to be uninstalled or changed before installation.

As to the licensing question, Microsoft hasn't made all of those details clear yet. They've said it will be possible to do a fresh install after the upgrade, though whether that comes via ISO file that can be burned to disk or the refresh function they haven't said. We're also waiting to see if new keys are issued or if the old 8 key will activate an upgrade.

As to the refresh...

Thank you for your reply. This is what concerns me:

It says, "if Windows needs missing files, you’ll be asked to insert recovery media, which is typically on a DVD disc or thumb drive. If you upgraded your PC to Windows 8.1 or Windows RT 8.1 with a DVD, use that disc. If you don’t have Windows 8.1 or Windows RT 8.1 media, contact Microsoft Support."

I upgraded Win 8.0 to 8.1, it was a download from Microsoft, so I only have Win 8.0 DVD. Does it means- I should not refresh/reset?

"Refreshing your PC reinstalls Windows and keeps your personal files and settings. It also keeps the apps that came with your PC and the apps you installed from the Windows Store. Resetting your PC reinstalls Windows but deletes your files, settings, and apps—except for the apps that came with your PC."

So if I refresh, it should not disturb any drivers? But how about those few games I have installed? I dont use them, but their libraries not on C drive, so will Refresh get rid of the games on C with its files on D?

Now- if I reset, which supposed to delete all programs and files, will it do anything with the D drive- do I need to unplug it or will it ignore it? Thank you.

Windows will tell you if you need to insert the media, though in your case you probably would. If the refresh or reset goes through though, the refresh keeps drivers and should have the option to retain files while the reset gives you the option of which drives to format.
