Help, SSD filled up with 100gb without knowing how (in 1 day)

A few minutes ago I opened my computer to find my SSD (Samsung 850 EVO 250GB) with only 7 GB left, where I had left it with around 100GB free. THe only things I kept on it is the OS (windows 8.1) and Skyrim. Other than that just the small softwares used by the pc (DirectX and such). Drivers where there too.

Also, when I opened the SSD and checked the size of all the files in it, it came to a total of 173GB , Hidden files and all.

Is there a way for me to find out with what and how it filled up?

You should be able to sort through it a bit further and see where within users the data is, and what type of data it is. If you are saying its only reporting the 123G total used check the option under "Options" to show unknown as well.

Basically expand users far enough to see where all the data is being taken up.

User->User->AppData->Local->Temp->Cheat Engine 111.5Gb......
